I loved the unique property, comfortable rooms, and beautiful courtyard with trees. The sitting room was a home away from home. The location was great, just a 10-minute walk to the University of Texas at Austin. Parking and free Wi-Fi were included.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The parking was a breeze, and having free wi-fi was a huge bonus. The location was perfect, as it was not far from downtown and close to many attractions, including the University of Texas. It felt like staying in a small palace, with unique and charming features like an antique store or an exotic art museum. The breakfast was quick and fresh, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The buildings consist of four houses around a courtyard. Room was across from breakfast area but noise-free. Welcome drinks and snacks offered at check-in. Comfortable bed, convenient location for walking to university. Numerous peaceful sitting areas throughout the grounds.

Located in a convenient spot, this vintage B&B is a great alternative to the non-descript hotels near UT campus. the dark decor Library room had several lights and a comfy huge bed for a good sleep. the bathroom was functional and well-supplied. There are patios with greenery and fountains to enjoy breakfast, cocktails or just relax.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience. The location was perfect, situated just a short walk from the city's main attractions and with easy access to public transport. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day exploring the city. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast, which included a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.
On the negative side, we did find the hotel slightly overpriced compared to other similar hotels in the area. Additionally, some of the amenities provided were a bit outdated and could do with some modernization. Nonetheless, these were minor issues that did not detract from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
